12-Week Coaching Program
It’s possible to overcome the obstacles ADHD has thrown in your path and start making progress toward your goals. Coaching helps speed up the process by deepening your understanding of yourself, your ADHD, and your unique needs. Together, we'll develop strategies that allow you to achieve success on your terms.
This program includes an initial 90-minute Goals and Planning session where we'll check in on where you're at now, what’s most important to you, and your big-picture goals. From there, we'll meet for eleven weekly 50-minute coaching sessions to chart your path to change. We’ll take some time during the final session to see how far you’ve come and make plans for your next steps.

1 x 90-min Goals & Planning session
11 x 50-min weekly sessions
Otter.ai session recordings and transcripts
Curated coaching resources and exercises, as needed
Ongoing as-needed email support for twelve weeks
After completing the initial 12-week coaching program, I offer monthly subscription options to those who would benefit from ongoing support.
